Hi there
I just wanted to drop a line to mention what an awesome person you have as an employee in Vaughan .
 
Last evening I was at the Petrol Station, and I accidentally dropped my car keys down the only drain in the whole place!   Vaughan happened to be a customer at the Station at the same time, and came over to see if he could help.     To cut a long story short, he spent almost an hour trying to fish my keys out for me, which he eventually managed to do.
 
I am amazed to see such community spirit and good will from Vaughan, and cannot tell you how appreciative I am of his kindness.   To top it all, he wouldn’t even allow me to reward him in anyway, which is even more remarkable.
 
The added spin off is the great PR for your Company, and I will always use ARC should I ever need them, and will recommend them to others, as well as mentioning this good deed (indicative of your service) to my colleagues.
 
If there is a way to recognise Vaughan as a great person with in your Company, that would be wonderful.

I've just had a carpet removed, dried out and re-fitted by you people after a flood.

I was really happy with the work that was done- the carpet looks like new (this is better then what it was when we bought the house 3 years ago. He did a really good job and the carpet smelt nice. Carpet was already dry when we all got home at 8pm.
